Since August 2024, we've taken our product design process to the next level with the addition of an online 3D printing service. Once the conceptual phase concludes, the next crucial step involves the comparison and validation of the considered ideas. While assessing a part or component solely through a computer screen can be challenging, this is where prototyping proves invaluable. The introduction of scaled or full-scale models provides a tangible and immersive experience, offering insights that extend beyond the limitations of an LCD screen. Questions such as, "Does that grip truly fit ergonomically in my hands?" are best answered through hands-on exploration and evaluation facilitated by prototypes. This tactile approach not only enhances the validation process but also ensures a more robust and user-centric development cycle.
